Flank Steak!

It’s lean, relatively cheap for one piece (I paid $13), and one is enough for 4 servings! Cheap cheap cheap.

Here I marinated it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black Chinese vinegar. This is a nice base for any sort of beef stir-fry you wanna do.
