Duck Sausage, Bok Choy, and Eggplant YEA! Got some duck sausages from the butcher shop down on College. I never knew it was even there. Thanks, Adrian! Quick stir-fried some bok choy and eggplant with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black vinegar, and a touch of sesame oil to go with it.
