Pasta - Light Alternative
sliced pork
pasta of your choice - I used penne
arugula
onion
salt + pepper
lemon
parmesan cheese
olive oil
1. Oil up pan, cook the pork with salt and pepper
2. Oil up another pan, cook onions down into caramelized goodness
3. Boil the pasta
4. Toss pasta with the pork and onions
5. Fold in arugula - heat will wilt them
6. Top with parmesan
